Belly Breathing Supine: Practice deep breathing while lying on the back, focusing on minimal use of scalenes and consistent diaphragmatic engagement.

360 Breathing: Learn to expand the abdomen, sides, and lower back evenly with each breath, enhancing awareness of full respiratory capacity.

Diaphragmatic Breathing in Different Positions: Progress from supine to seated and standing positions, maintaining effective breathing.

Introduction to Thoracic Mobility: Simple mobility exercises to increase awareness and movement in the thoracic region.
